Everyone who joins gets a position and a share link, and moves up as friends sign up behind them.\n\n[![ZooTools Panda, now SMASHSEND - Get 10x more users with waitlists and gamified competitions | Product Hunt](https://api.producthunt.com/widgets/embed-image/v1/featured.svg?post_id=377297&theme=light)](https://www.producthunt.com/posts/zootools-panda?utm_source=badge-featured&utm_medium=badge)\n\nOur waitlist product launched on Product Hunt as ZooTools Panda.\n\n8,000+\n\nHappy users\n\n30,000,000+\n\nEmails sent\n\n15,000,000+\n\nLeads generated\n\n## Built for launches\n\n### Positions and queue\n\nEveryone sees where they stand. Offset the starting count if you want the queue to look established on day one.\n\n### Share links that work\n\nEach signup gets a personal link with share text ready for X, WhatsApp and email.\n\n### Public leaderboard\n\nShow the top referrers to create competition, and choose how many positions are public.\n\n### Reward tiers\n\nUnlock rewards at 1, 3, 10 referrals or whatever thresholds fit your launch.\n\n### Double opt-in\n\nConfirm email addresses before they count, so your launch list is real people.\n\n### Status page\n\nPeople can come back and check their position with a magic link, without creating an account.\n\n## Launch in five steps\n\n1.  Create a form and pick the fields you want to collect.\n2.  Enable referrals, set points per referral and add your reward tiers.\n3.  Turn on the leaderboard and choose how many positions to show.\n4.  Embed the form on your landing page, or share the hosted link.\n5.  Email the list when you launch, starting with your top referrers.\n\n## Frequently asked questions\n\nWhat is a viral waitlist?\n\nA viral waitlist is a signup list where each person can move up by referring other people. Because moving up is the reward, the list grows from its own signups instead of only from paid traffic.\n\nCan I start the queue at a higher number?\n\nYes. You can set a participant offset so public positions and counts start from a number you choose. Your dashboard and exports always show the real figures.\n\nHow do I stop people gaming it?\n\nDuplicate emails are prevented, a captcha and a hidden honeypot field block bots, and you can require double opt-in so only confirmed addresses earn a position.\n\nWhat happens when I am ready to launch?\n\nYour waitlist signups are already contacts in SMASHSEND. Send a broadcast to everyone, or segment by referral count and invite your best advocates first.\n\n## Start collecting signups before you launch\n\nBuild the waitlist today, and let the people who join bring the rest.\n\n[Start free](https://app.smashsend.com/signup)","storage":{"htmlKey":"stealpage/html/smashsend.com/pg_qieaicttrygv/run_sqhk2i1v5prg.html.gz","markdownKey":"stealpage/md/smashsend.com/pg_qieaicttrygv/run_sqhk2i1v5prg.md.gz"},"facets":null,"assets":[{"kind":"image","src_url":"https://smashsend.com/ogs/home.png","r2_key":null,"alt":null,"caption":null,"width":null,"height":null,"is_hero":true,"zone":"main"},{"kind":"image","src_url":"https://smashsend.com/_next/static/media/smashsend_dark.da05b6ec.svg","r2_key":null,"alt":"SMASHSEND email marketing - The #1 Email Marketing Tool that turns emails into revenue","caption":null,"width":135,"height":30,"is_hero":false,"zone":"unknown"},{"kind":"image","src_url":"https://smashsend.com/dashboard/integrations/zapier_icon_filled.png","r2_key":null,"alt":"Zapier","caption":null,"width":20,"height":20,"is_hero":false,"zone":"nav"},{"kind":"image","src_url":"https://smashsend.com/dashboard/integrations/mailchimp_icon.png","r2_key":null,"alt":"Mailchimp","caption":null,"width":20,"height":20,"is_hero":false,"zone":"nav"},{"kind":"image","src_url":"https://smashsend.com/dashboard/integrations/webhooks_icon_gradient.png","r2_key":null,"alt":"Webhooks","caption":null,"width":20,"height":20,"is_hero":false,"zone":"nav"},{"kind":"image","src_url":"https://smashsend.com/dashboard/integrations/events.png","r2_key":null,"alt":"Events API","caption":null,"width":20,"height":20,"is_hero":false,"zone":"nav"},{"kind":"image","src_url":"https://smashsend.com/_next/image?q=75&url=%2Favatar-profile.png&w=3840","r2_key":null,"alt":"Jorge Ferreiro","caption":null,"width":null,"height":null,"is_hero":false,"zone":"nav"},{"kind":"image","src_url":"https://smashsend.com/_next/image?url=%2Favatar-profile.png&w=3840&q=75","r2_key":null,"alt":"Jorge Ferreiro","caption":null,"width":null,"height":null,"is_hero":false,"zone":"nav"},{"kind":"image","src_url":"https://api.producthunt.com/widgets/embed-image/v1/featured.svg?post_id=377297&theme=light","r2_key":null,"alt":"ZooTools Panda, now SMASHSEND - Get 10x more users with waitlists and gamified competitions | Product Hunt","caption":null,"width":250,"height":54,"is_hero":false,"zone":"unknown"},{"kind":"image","src_url":"https://smashsend.com/_next/static/media/smashsend_light.be8a3849.svg","r2_key":null,"alt":"SMASHSEND email marketing - The #1 Email Marketing Tool that turns emails into revenue","caption":null,"width":171,"height":38,"is_hero":false,"zone":"footer"},{"kind":"image","src_url":"https://smashsend.com/marketing/legal/gdpr_compliance.png","r2_key":null,"alt":"SOC2","caption":null,"width":null,"height":50,"is_hero":false,"zone":"footer"}],"shots":[],"history":[{"id":"run_sqhk2i1v5prg","started_at":"2026-09-27T04:07:42.408Z","http_status":200,"fetcher":"direct","changed":false,"diff":{"added":0,"removed":33,"similarity":null},"word_count":392},{"id":"run_lujokxsrdxqt","started_at":"2026-08-28T03:08:00.314Z","http_status":200,"fetcher":"direct","changed":false,"diff":null,"word_count":425}],"citedBy":[]}
